SiGMA’s European flagship is on the move, and anyone planning 2026–27 needs to track both ends of the shift. The 2026 edition runs in Rome from 2 to 5 November 2026 at Fiera Roma, under the SiGMA World banner. Then SiGMA returns to its Maltese home in a new spring slot: SiGMA Europe, 3–5 May 2027, at the Malta Fairs & Conventions Centre (MFCC) in Ta’ Qali.

The Rome 2026 edition is a deliberate expansion into a major mainland market; the May 2027 return to the MFCC brings the flagship back to that home base in a warmer, less crowded slot than its former November date.

The shift from a Malta November date to a Rome November 2026 edition and then a Malta May 2027 slot reshapes the autumn and spring calendars at once. It pulls a flagship out of the congested late-autumn window — where it previously sat near a wall of regional shows — and plants a large European event in early May, a stretch that had fewer giants. Companies building a multi-year travel plan should map both editions now rather than assume SiGMA sits where it used to.
