Peter-Paul de Goeij

Peter-Paul de Goeij spoke at the iGaming Super Show as a director of Lottovate, part of the ZEAL Network, where he worked to bring the company’s lottery products into the Dutch market. He came to gaming from an international mobile-telecoms career that had spanned regulatory and legal roles around the world.

His involvement in the programme reflected the anticipation around the Netherlands, then one of Europe’s most-watched markets in the run-up to regulation, and the commercial and legal questions that a market opening posed for lottery and gaming operators alike.

De Goeij went on to found the Netherlands Online Gambling Association (NOGA) in 2019 and served as its managing director until stepping down in 2024; the association later merged into VNLOK.
