Justin Franssen

Justin Franssen spoke at the iGaming Super Show as a partner at Kalff Katz & Franssen, one of the best-known names in Dutch and European gaming law. He had founded the KPMG European Gaming Group and the gaminglaw.eu resource, spent more than a decade as head of gaming at VMW Taxand, and held office within the IMGL and the International Association of Gaming Advisors. Chambers ranked him in Band 1.

His appearances on the programme addressed the legal frameworks governing licensed operators across Europe, with particular attention to the evolving Dutch market and the compliance demands that came with it.

Franssen went on to co-found Franssen Tolboom in Amsterdam, where he leads the gaming and gambling practice. He remains a Chambers Band 1 lawyer and received the IMGL President’s Award in 2019.
