Joakim Marstrander

Joakim Marstrander spoke at the iGaming Super Show as Partner and Head of Legal at Deloitte Advokatfirma in Norway. Ranked by Chambers and Legal 500 in intellectual property and dispute resolution, and admitted to appear before the Supreme Court, he had earlier served as a financial-crime prosecutor in Oslo. He had been a member of the IMGL since 2012.

His involvement in the programme brought a Nordic legal perspective to the show, addressing the regulatory and dispute-resolution questions facing operators in a region where state monopolies and licensing debates were very much live.

Marstrander has continued to practise as a Norwegian business lawyer, moving into partnership at other Oslo firms after his time at Deloitte.
