Welcome from the conference chair 10:15 - 10:30
10:30 - 11:15 Liability of operators, suppliers and affiliates
More and more countries in Europe are introducing licensing regimes for online gaming and are subjecting licensed operators and their service providers to strict conditions. The regulatory burden is ever increasing.
This panel discussion will address issues arising with operators, suppliers and affiliates as regulators attempt every possible means to protect their local gaming regulations/restrictions and, of course, their revenue streams. We will be discussing issues surrounding how the gaming industry will have to prepare for the changes in regulation and enforcement..

12:00 - 13:00 Legal update: Europe and Africa
Get updated on latest regulation and jurisprudence about AML, litigation and data protection. This session features an educational discussion where latest development in key legal areas for industry stakeholders are discussed by international legal experts.
14:00 - 15:30 Regulatory enforcement in the Netherlands and in other EU countries (extended session)
The heat on grey market operators is rising. While the Netherlands is lashing out against unlicensed operators and service providers targeting the Dutch players the Norwegian government has introduced new payment blocking measures that makes it even more difficult to process payments to Norwegian players.
The panel will be discussing the latest developments in enforcement, the impact of the industry and the (non?) compliance with EU Law.
How should industry operators manage while waiting for licensing to open.
