Jane Copland works as an SEO consultant at Ayima Search Marketing in London, England. Having joined the Ayima team in January 2009, she focuses almost entirely on organic SEO projects, managing on-page consulting and link development for clients in gambling, finance, property, sports, news and entertainment. Prior to working for Ayima, Jane was a consultant and blogger at SEOmoz in the United States. Hired straight out of university in Seattle, she worked with SEOmoz during its transition from small consultancy to the education and resource powerhouse it is today.

Jane's area of expertise lies in organic SEO: site structure, technical issues, link development and on-page optimisation. She has an extensive background in writing, both editorial / creative and technical. Her previous speaking engagements include multiple SMX events in London, Long Beach and Sydney, Affiliate Summit Las Vegas 2010, Pubcon conferences in Las Vegas, and SEOmoz seminars in Seattle and London and, most recently, a4u in Munich. Jane is originally from Wellington, New Zealand.
