Elaine M. Behr heads the Business Development team of e-Management. e-Management, part of HBM Group, caters to HBM Group’s e-Gaming clients. e-Management provides tailored Business Support Services for International e-Gaming Companies from Malta and Curacao.

Prior to joining e-Management in its Curacao office, Elaine worked at Equity Trust Co. N.V. in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. At Equity Trust she was responsible for Business Development of the Structured Finance team. Before Equity Trust, Elaine worked as an advisor at KPMG Business Advisory Services in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and in London, UK. Her clients while at KPMG ranged from Financial Services Providers to Energy Concerns facing compliance and regulatory challenges.

Elaine holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business & Management from Northwood University in West Palm Beach, Florida, and a MBA degree in International Management from Leiden University School of Management in the Netherlands. Furthermore, Elaine has a certification from the University of Amsterdam, the University of Leiden and Columbia University for L.L.M. courses completed. Lastly, she is accredited to act as a Supervisory Board Member in the Netherlands Antilles.

Elaine resides in Curaçao, but frequently travels the globe to visit clients, business partners and to meet new prospects.
